STEP 1

Call the Pharmacy to have your prescription filled and give us a call when its' ready. 

STEP 2

Provide Patients full name, current address, phone number and date of birth - this is important as the pharmacy will ask this information for pick up.

STEP 3

Get a quote and pay in accordance with the expected charge of the medication by the pharmacy select an appropriate payment such as manual credit card to authorize the driver to increase the charge based on how much to pay at the counter - this is important as it may up as an "attempted delivery" if option is not selected because the driver will not be able at checkout.

STEP 4

Request Delivery.
